"Solid portions every time"
I’ve ordered from tacobell.com a few times now. The portions have been solid each time. My burrito was actually filled up well. The nachos had plenty of toppings too. Not just a pile of chips. I didn’t feel like I needed to order extra food to get full. For fast food, it was a good amount. It came pretty much how I expected.

"Easy pick when I can’t decide"
My snap judgment on tacobell.com is that it’s just easy to use and there’s always a lot to choose from. Some days I’m only in the mood for tacos, and other times I end up grabbing a Crunchwrap or a bowl without overthinking it. I also like that it’s simple to spot the cheaper stuff when I’m trying not to spend much. The veggie options are solid too, since my friend doesn’t eat meat and never has trouble finding something. The menu changes enough that it doesn’t feel stale, so overall I’m happy with it

I feel a little misled because I was not expecting the tacos and burritos to be this good every single time. The nacho cheese is still my favorite, and I really haven’t had a bad bite yet. Everything just hits way better than I thought it would

I had a complaint and needed a refund, they handled it way faster than I expected. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, where you get passed around or wait forever for a response, this was smooth. They fixed the issue quickly and got my refund processed without making it a hassle

"Super Friendly Visit!!"
I stopped by and the staff were so nice and welcoming!! Everyone was smiling, helped me with my order, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all!!! It was just a really easy, pleasant visit, and the friendly service made it even better!!

"Easy pickup, but the food was just warm-ish"
I ordered through tacobell.com and the pickup part was easy, easy enough with no real hassle. The food tasted fine overall, but most of it was kind of lukewarm. The tacos were okay, okay but nothing special, and the burrito seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit. It wasn’t cold, just not really hot either. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely hope the food is kept warmer next time. Three stars feels about right.

"Pretty easy to order"
I used tacobell to grab lunch, and it was straightforward. The prices were kind of right there the whole time, so I could tell what I was spending as I added stuff or changed things around. Extras updated basically right away, and the tax and total were easy enough to spot too. No random surprise at checkout or anything, which I definitely appreciate when I’m just trying to order fast food online.

"Fresh and quick"
I was happy with my tacos this time. They came out warm, the lettuce was nice and crisp, and everything tasted fresh. The order was ready quickly too, so overall it was a solid experience.

The tacos were actually good and cheap, which I appreciated. I just wish it didn’t take so much effort to get them, between waiting around and dealing with the whole ordering process, it felt like more work than a quick taco stop should be

I mostly use Taco Bell for the rewards, and it’s been good for me. I’m not sure if I’m just lucky, but my points usually show up quickly after I order, and I’ve already gotten free tacos a few times. The site can be a little slow here and there, which made me wonder if something was wrong on my end, but it hasn’t been a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Everything was right and ready"
I ordered through tacobell.com it went exactly how you’d hope. All my items were there, the sauces weren’t missing, and even the customizations were done right. It sounds like a small thing, but fast food orders get messed up often enough that it really matters when someone takes the time to do it properly. Pickup was easy, no hassle, and I appreciated the care.

These deals have saved me a good amount, and that’s why I keep using them. I do expect the savings to actually show up as promised, though, and if something doesn’t apply correctly, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit to make it right.

Used Taco Bell last night for a pickup order, it went way smoother than I expected. The menu actually loaded, customizing my burrito wasn’t a pain, and the prices matched what I thought I’d be paying. Checkout took maybe a minute, and my food was ready when I got there. So why can’t other fast food sites get this right? They’re the ones making ordering annoying for no reason. Taco Bell had no weird issues at all, so it’s 5 stars from me...
